Built around the ones who never pay rent.
Pawlio is a small Australian pet supply shop. We started in a Sydney lounge room with a rescue kelpie, a very opinionated cat, and a cupboard full of gear that didn't work.
What we actually do
We choose products for Australian homes: humid summers, sandy floors, long drives and small apartments. Each item is used by our own animals for at least a month before we list it. Most of what we try never makes it onto the site.
Our range is short on purpose. A harness, a bed, an enrichment toy and a brush should be the best version of that thing you can buy for the money, not one of forty near-identical options.
Orders leave our Sydney warehouse within one to two business days, with tracking on every parcel. If something isn't right, you have 30 days to send it back — and a real person will answer the email you send us.
Fewer, better things
We would rather stock twelve items we trust than two hundred we don't. If it doesn't survive our own pets, it doesn't go on the site.
Straight answers
Real dispatch times, real materials, real sizing. If something is on pre-order, it says so before you pay, not after.
Kind to the animal
No prong collars, no choke chains, no gimmicks. Gear that works with your pet's body, not against it.
