The short version: we'll do right by you, and ask that you use the site fairly. Placing an order through Pawlio means you agree to these terms.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we confirm it by email and dispatch it.
If an item turns out to be unavailable or priced incorrectly, we'll contact you before charging anything, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is added at checkout.
Prices and availability can change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you check out.
Using the site
Please don't scrape, copy or resell our content or images without permission.
Product descriptions and photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can render differently on different screens.
Product use
Our gear is designed for normal domestic use with dogs and cats. Always supervise your pet with new toys and bedding, and remove damaged items from use.
We can't accept liability for injury or damage caused by misuse, or by leaving an animal unattended with a product.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of these terms.
