Where's my parcel?
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking link is emailed when the parcel leaves our warehouse (dispatched within 1–2 business days). If it hasn't arrived, ask us to look it up.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are usually packed the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.
Tracking email
Check your spam or promotions folder — tracking emails have a habit of landing there. The link activates once the carrier scans the parcel.
Delivery windows
- NSW, VIC, QLD metro: 2–4 business days
- SA, TAS, WA metro: 4–8 business days
- Regional and remote: add 2–3 business days
