Shipping policy

We ship from Sydney to every Australian address, with tracking on every parcel. Orders over $99 ship free.
Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
Flat $9.95 for tracked standard shipping on orders under $99.
We don't currently ship internationally.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are usually packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out the next business day.
If an item is on pre-order, the expected shipping window is shown on the product page before you pay.
Delivery estimates
NSW, VIC and QLD metro: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
SA, TAS and WA metro: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
Regional and remote areas: add 2–3 business days.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak periods and carrier delays can add time.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first, then ask us to look it up from the Track your order page.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address before checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery at the cost of the second postage.
